Netanya is a nice place, still looking for the thoracic surgeon & his family we stayed there, with: can you help us?

hotel was not ready to receive guests .foyer unfinished.bedroom had no chairs until 4th day. no hot water erev yomtov.gastro-intestinal problems the next day.no mirror and no television until mid week.we failed to obtain either a table or a fridge ...following a letter of complaint , we have been offered £50 each in compensation.any comments?

amazing location waking up every morning with the sea right in front of you with the sun beaming down on it.

Having experienced with many hotels in Natanya, found the King Solomon Staff very friendly, courteous, and caring. Had a stay in March 2005 and in July still remember the staff by their name, Serge, Yoland, Ella and Bella.
We are going back in Sep and had recommended hotel to many of our friends and relatives.
