SPENT 45 CONSEQUTIVE DAYS THERE, AND ENJOYED EVERY ONE.

ALSO STAYED THERE DURING THE SEPTEMBER 11TH INCIDENT, AND YOU COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A MORE SYMPATHETHIC STAFF AND ASSISTANCE.

EMINEM AND HIS ENTOURAGE STAYED THERE WHILE WE WERE THERE ONCE AS WELL AND THEY TURNED OUT TO BE A NICE GROUP AT THE DOWNSTAIRS BAR.

Loved staying here because of its location. Easy access to the GREAT shopping street. Very American though. Service was excellent. Everyone friendly. Good food.

The hotel staff is very professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and location was very nice. I have stayed in the bussiness rooms but there is standard rooms which I did not like and it is located in the different side of the hotel and in order to reach their you need to go through a pass.

Excellent Business Hotel,,,but...as it is a US-chain, the swiss hospitality is missing. But OK at the end
