Lack of service, terrible meals, couldn't even make the bed, room service even left the door open.
Check out took forever, will not stay again.
The view was nice though.

fantastic views from the Mercure but a bit of a journey out of town. there is a finicular to take you up and down the mountain or you go by car/foot the long way round. very comfortable rooms,excellent service-could do with more staff though. there is a swimming pool with more great views but it is very cold!not much going on at nighttime-very quiet-you have to be in the city for that

This Hotel definitely gave me the urge to go back to San Sebastian. Our room had the most beautiful view! it definitely set the romantic mood at sunset. Service was friendly and we were only a few minutes away from shops,restaurants and nightlife!!
