The service is great. The hotel is located on the mainstreet in Rome, so when you walk out of the door from the hotel you are near everything.

In a full week at the hotel - staff refused to clean our room once and had to continually be asked for supplies (toilet paper), the shower drain kept backing up, and bags of dirty laundry were always left outside our door. Not a nice place to honeymoon.
Other than an exorbiant price, non-existant service and crotchety staff, the hotel was conveniently located for sight-seeing.
