Everything they did at this hotel was awful.
There was hair in the food, the showers were full of mold, the toilets were in the need of very much assistance, the room service sucked, and the dinning area and kitchen had roaches in it!
We will never be attending this hotel again!
Unless it goes through major improvements. For a five star hotel, it was very crappy. We never will Come back, and that's a fact!
