poor serviceThis is a nice hotel, in a good location. Unfortunately it is very poorly run. I had a problem with my room that I could not get fixed and at night I could not get anyone in reception to answer the phone. The hotel is in need of much better management.OVERALL

Pretty InsideThis hotel was much nicer inside than the outside suggests. Our stay was mostly good, however, our bathtub was not draining properly and even though we completed two maintainance cards and spoke to the floor supervisor about it, the problem was not fixed before we left. Excellent Service, Beautiful HotelWe arrived at the hotel at 11:00 a.m. after our "adventure" from Gatwick--they allowed us to check in early and get settled/rested. The hotel itself is very nice & the rooms are nicely sized. The location was great in that it was very close to the tube station--easy walking distance, even in the cool March weather! Great Park Like Setting!The Regents Park Marriott Hotel is located in Swiss Cottage and is walking distance from the Swiss Cottage tub station. Regents Parks makes for a beautiful setting in which to stay and is relatively close to many London attractions.
