The hotel is right across the street from the main train station and at the gates to the Altstadt (Old Town). Our room was clean, comfortable and had AC.
We were lucky enough to be in the middle of the action as the Ghana team stayed there at the same time during the World Cup, and this did not create any problems for our stay.
