Staff are excellent and most speak English well.
Restaurant is top notch.
We have stayed in it 6 to 7 times.

Exceptionally rude front desk clerk by the name of Chantal. The amenities are minimal, the carpets in the rooms are stained and dirty, no bell service which was an issue for our pregnant friend who had several pieces of luggage. Just basically a low rent hotel that I would rate at a one star max. The location is excellent, but would have gladly spent time on the Metro for a nicer hotel.
