  • AMAZING restaraunt - terrible beds!

    We did a full-board meal plan and had all of our meals in the restaraunt - it was AMAZING food every night... We still talk about it and our trip was nearly 1 1/2 years ago.

    Very friendly and helpful staff!

    The ONLY negative was the beds which were SO uncomfortable it was hard to get a good night's sleep.

    I've stayed in a few hotels in Innsruck and this hotel is the best by one by far. Clean, big rooms, and a great atmosphere. The staff were great and the service amazing. This is a real traditional Tyrolean hotel, I'll definitely be back.
