Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. I was there doing business for 3 days, there is a security guard who harassed anyone who tried to enter the hotel with me. I was told I could not take anyone past the lobby, even if I paid the extra $15 a person.

I didn't like the quality of almost anything there. When you order your food it will take them at least an hour to serve you (even if your like the last person there and there's only 7 others). it is awesome and i love it! there is not a thing to complain about! there are shops inside the hotel, pools, nice rooms with awesome views, great food. you can even get a massage for just 10 dollars

The hotel is so beatifull,with parking,taxis to take you places,clean rooms and with a safe for yor personal stuff,a coffe machine wow,this i like,i had my cup of coffe right there,very nice people,the food is so good,very good,the pool is very clean,i did not have problems with noise,it was very quiet,i love this hotel,i will be staying there with my family next time.

Hotel Maya was equal to any 4--5* hotel in the US. The service, restaraunt, grounds and cleanliness were outstanding. Even the chlorine in the pool was perfect. Most impressive was the attitude of every single staff person we encountered. The value was exceptional and the atmosphere incredibly welcoming. Located in a very chic area, and only a short taxi ride from everywhere we needed to go.

THE FOOD IS WONDERFULL, THE SERVICE THERE IS LIKE NO OTHER, YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED AT THIS HOTEL LIKE GIFT SHOPS, CASINO, BAR WITH LIVE PERFORMANCES,HAIR AND NAIL SALONS, AND MUCH MORE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SPEND THERE VACATION TIME IN HONDURAS.

Great hotel but very noisy at times and it's very difficult to sleep at night.They had 2 parties in 1 week next to the pool with people under the influence of alcohol singing and screaming.
