It is a great place, in front of the biguest shopping center/mall in san salvador, and very centric position, the people is great, great open spaces, pool, gym, they will help you in ANY situation or request, my husband proppose to me there and they arrange(for free) to close the lounge ,prepare the flowers, the engagement ring in a dinner plate, etc, the rooms are clean, i can not think on anything bad about the hotel

The service was excellent. Very clean, large rooms and the dining was outstanding. Is located across from large mall. 24 hr gym and nice pool. Would definitely return.

The appearance, the location is all good, But the people that work here have one of the worst attitudes. please do not stay here you will regret it. Furthermore the hotel is privately own and i try resolving my issues with the chain in the US, no help there, if you can stayed away please do so, other wise you will regret it. It took the manager of the hotel 2 weeks to resond.

I will stay at this hotel anytime. Everything was great. Everything.
Compared to the other hotels int the area, there is no comparison. Friendly people, service and all.

i didnt like this place because of the peope who work for this hotel have a very nasty attuide. and i will never come back to this pplace again and i will tell all my friends and family not to come here ever.

AWESOME AND VERY PRETTY. I LOVED IT. ME AND MY FIANCE HAD A HECK OF A TIME AT THE HOTEL. THE BED WAS SO SOFT I HOPE WE GET TO GO BACK AGAIN!

Everything I liked about the hotel, the staff and everything except for the fact that there were not enough towels in my room and the quality of the toiletries was not the best.
other than that it was great.

VALUE? WELL, DESERVE IT.
FEW STEPS FROM THE MALL (METROCENTRO).
LITTLE POOL, BUT EXCELLENT FOOD.
I`LL BE BACK THIS SEPTEMBER.

very quiet. the room service was excellent same goes for the dinning facility. the pool area was the best place to be, it's seem very tropical.
