This is a very awesome place.I totally loved it..great service..never saw any locals selling drugs..nor kids running around..i Think she has the wrong place..she do not remember where they went..lol

I don't know who this Tamara is, but she is dead wrong. I have been to Couples SEVERAL times and the pools are not closed, the rooms are right on for the money, the service is the best, reservations are made on the first day for everything and Kids are not allowed. So therefore children aren't there. Maybe she was speaking about another resort, but it's not Couples Ocho Rios.

This hotel is an excellent value for those wanting an all inclusive vacation. We stayed for a week and had an oceanview room, which was worth the extra money. The rooms are not super fancy, but are comfortable. The staff was absolutely willing to help in any way. There was lots of stuff to do. We went to Dunns River Falls, which was fabulous. ...

Amazingly relaxing! So many things to do right on the resort and certainly lots of options off the resort. It is so nice to have all inclusive and everything paid for so you dont have to worry about drinks, meals, or even many off resort excursion prices. The staff hardly let you lift a finger and are very friendly. Its a wonderful combination of relaxation, adventure, and romance. Definitley worth the price!

my wife and i went to couples in ocho rios for our honeymoon a year ago and we had a great time. the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the view was simply amazing from the balcany...there were plenty of things to do - snorkeling and the dunn's river falls tour are a must for anyone going and are included in the package..the ...

A great holiday. We went over the Christmas New Year period and the celebrations were absolutely fantastic. What makes it so special are the staff who are the friendliest and most obliging I have ever come across. The room was tidy and clean but in need of a upgrade especially the bathroom which was to be honest not that good - dripping tap and in need of redecorating. That said, we had a great time and would go back to Jamaica
