Pink Sands in 1953
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/14/07
I haven't been there in ovr 50 years but it was fantastic in 1953 - landed in the bay in a plane with pontoons - only a radio telephone for contact to the rest of the world - spent a marvelous restful vacation in a private little cabana - breakfast in the cabana and reading and playing cards until meals with Caribean music - I hope to go back again at the age of 86! The little bungalows give you the feeling that you're living your own "island home dream". It was very relaxing. There are several activities in and around ...
