This hotel has met all my expectations, it is a very clean, well secured, friendly, and the staff makes you feel like home. There is everything nearby at walking distance, I'm not an employee or promoter, but when you get the service that i got from this hotel you have to write a review on it. By the way the american consulate is at a 5 minute walk, and very accesible from the hotel.

Very poor customer service. I was charged $90 for the same room while others paid $57. The receptionist pretended not to understand and I finally gave up. The faucet was broken. Of course they would'nt understandif I tried to explain. I had some work at the US consulate. So the location was convenient.

My husbabd and I stayed for three nights. everything went great the serivces was good, they attended us with all that was requested. The consolate was just a block away, we were surprised that it was just around the block! The resaurants around there were good, even the Chinese resaurant by the Hospital. Very conviente there is also a grocery store right across the street. We will be returning again.

The hotel advertisement listed a lounge with live music!, and their wasn't. But we enjoyed it anyway. My husband had just came home on R&R from Iraq and Our trip was mostley business, Dentist/Glasses and my dentist for the last 13yrs picked us up and brought us back we did our entertaining at the hotel.
