I wouldn't go back if my life depended on it. The violence in this city is out of control. I saw two dead people lying within 100 yards of the hotel and I was only here for two days.

I felt very secure with it's gated access and I wish I would have taken swiming trunks, both pools looked very nice and clean. The rooms were very clean and cozy also there were many nearby restaurants that we could walk to during the day and CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE CONSULATE to get there by a taxi in 2-5 minutes and walking maybe 10 minutes ...

Very good experience. I would stay there again. Very friendly staff. Continental breakfast was good and there is a taxi stand out side the hotel. We felt safe with the guarded entrance.

I've been staying here anually for the past five years, and I don't have a single complaint. The stay has been consistently friendly, well-serviced, and clean -- it's in a perfect central location with easy access to CDJ. Perfect!

This was a safe pleasant, and convenient hotel. Very close to the U.S. Consulate, it's about a 10min walk. The staff was very friendly and cleaned room efficiently. I would definitely stay again.

This was my first time in CIudad Juarez and trying to get around when you do not know where you are going is difficult in the US in Mexico it is even harder we drove straight in from El Paso and the hotel was very easy to find.
