This is our 7th stay at the Krystal. We returned yesterday, 9/11/05. We have always found the staff and front desk very helpful. I read other reviews that state the staff had been rude to them. I have witnessed too many of my fellow Americans that get what they dish out. Mutual courtesy goes along way in Mexico. We love the grounds and the rooms and were impressed with some of the upgrades. We'll be back there in December.

The hotel is beautiful, a true Mexican jewel. The grounds are big, clean and have a unique hacienda architecture motive. I keep going back to the same spot. A great place for families and romantic getaways alike. Overall the best value in Vallarta!

This place was awesome. My husband and I go to mexico for christmas we went to this hotel two years ago and then last year we had to come back and visit. The staff remembered us. The food was great and so where the drinks. I am going back this year.

It was our first trip to Mexico. The compound is very nice with an old world feel. The employees are very pleasant and we intend to visit again.

Krystal was a great experience we found the service to be very good and efficient, the rooms were well decorated and clean. The first room they gave us was so small and only had a nozzel sticking out of the wall with a drain on the floor.That night they moved us and that room was better.The service was ok but when we left they tried to charge us for phone calls we did'nt make and the mimi bar we never had a key to.Very disappointed.We will not be going back there.
