Room was in excellent condition. Location is great. Central shopping district and sights within a few blocks. New restaurant for breakfast & lunch next door is the best. We are already booked for a return.

After a long day of traveling I received a relaxing massage at their spa on 6th flour. Next day i tried infrared sauna, the result it's amazing. I love it this place.

The Hotel is over stated. Parking is available only through an outdoor public lot at $20 per day. The halls are dark and our room and bathroom were tiny and dirty. The carpet was stained and the non-smoking room smelled of smoke. We opted not to stay and forfeited our pre-paid reservation.

The remote control did not work, I had to go get a new one 3 times, it still did not work and finally one had to be brought to me.

You could not rent movies b/c the system was down, there is no pool no room service and the terrace was closed.

If you don't care about TV, movies, room servcice or interenet connection this hotel might be ok for you.

the location was incredible everything we wanted to see was in the area. The service was good and the rates of the room were very reasonable.

The lobby was very inviting when we checked into the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helful. Our room was very small, but it was very clean. But best of all the hotel was walking distance to the main shopping area and the Belle Center. What more can you ask for?

The room was small but the location was great. Only five minutes walk to the Belle Centre, where we saw the "Rolling Stones" in concert.

Pros:
The Location... You are almost on Ste. Catherines downtown. Walking distance from everything you want to see. Close to Peel Metro Station so you can hop on to see the places not within walking distance.

Cons:
When booking I asked the staff if they had parking, they said they did not. When we arrived we noticed directly across the street ...
