The beds are great, the staff was very friendly, and steak house on the property was wonderful. Wi-fi is expensive in the rooms, but you can use it for free in the lobby.

Overall I was very pleased with my stay and would stay here again.

I specially loved the room service & the breakfast. The service is excellent in general. Nice view. The only thing I regret was going to the Restaurant Le Biftheque because they publicize it everywhere.Which is a very big mistake. The restaurant was discusting. I think the Sheraton shouldn't publicize it at all. I would suggest "little anthony's" near the main entrance.

I really liked this hotel. The mall and subway station underneath was very convienent. The waterfall was very pretty. The Restaurant was a bit pricy. I also really liked our room. It had a great view and was very clean and spacy.

this was my second trip. i was here for the indy. when i booked the room i ask for the early checkin and i got my room at 1:30 only 30 mins after i got to toronto for five nights. there was no problem at all. there was no power or water during one night because they were testing there systems.
