I decided to visit Canada with my parents and my girlfriend. We booked two non-smoking rooms in the Days Inn ( adress) in Vancouver, BC, Canada. When we checked in , we discovered the rooms stunk like cigarette smoke! We were very surprised because we had selected ‘non-smoking’ on web site we used for our reservation.

The place was very clean, the gardens are beautiful, the staff was very helpful, and it was close to alot of great amenities. The beds were the most comfortable that I've slept in at a motel,I've spent three times that much and been very dissapointed with the rooms. I found it very easy to get to my appt at the cancer clinic downtown, i travel there every 3 months and will be using this hotel from now on.

The hotel is nice and quiet and staff is quite friendly. However they don't even have a breakfast lounge (they send you to mcdonalds!!). Its location is very far from downtown - 45mins by bus to downtown. This was its major drawback.

This hotel was perfect for our budget. We wanted to be in Vancouver without the cost of staying right downtown. The hotel is on a bus route and close to the skytrain, so transportation was a breeze. Beautiful courtyard, with a very well maintained garden. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful.
