Lousy service

I have stayed at the Executive House on a number of accasions (including family members probably 50 nights) over the past 3 years. For some reason the service has deteriorated to a level that is unacceptable. A wonderful introuction to Canada

I cannot praise this hotel highly enough This was the first hotel we stayed in on our 3 weeks visit to Canada and it was wonderful, this first thing we were greeted with was we had been upgraded to a penthouse suit, it was supurb, the room was very large with wonderful views over Victoria, it was very clean and well furnished.
