The lodge claims to be a 4 star hotel.....according to who? It is run down, lacks basic customer service and they dont seem to care about the people staying there. There are many other and better choices in medicine hat.....go to them!

This used to be a great hotel. It has a great layout and some good restaraunts on premises. But, the state of the waterslide/pool area has become inexcusable. I remember when this hotel was built and decades later it still has all of the original equipment and tiles in the pool. This wouldn't be a problem if they weren't in such a state ...

We really enjoyed the water park and the food in the resteraunt, the staff and the hotel was fantastic. We would love to visit there again and would recommend it to our friends and family.

i love the food and the staff,the location,the cleanliness,its not realy far from the air port its reat nexed to the mall it has a spa,pool,court yard,lounge,gift shop,jungle cafe,m grill,casino
its just great in every way.

the presedential sweet was beautiful . The corner jet tub was a lot of fun .The staff were very helpful and friendly. The in house casino also a nice touch

The hotel was great. Especially liked having the casino right in the hotel. Everything you would need is right there. However, if you want to book at the spa, don't wait. Book ahead!

One thing I did not like was being put on hold 3 times on their 1 800 number for quite a long time.
