This grand old hotel will take your breath away when you walk into the lobby, in the heart of downtown Milwaukee it has been the host for movies stars and dignataries and politcal big wigs and i even spent the night there not too long ago... however.... the rooms are nice they are owned by the Marcus corp and they are a few steps about Baymonts ...

I like the beds they were so soft and the water tasted good. It had that great H2O taste. The food was delectable and delightful a revolution of new experiences for my taste buds. I've stayed at the Pfister several times, and each time it feels like a decadent slice of Milwaukee's past and present converging.

The hotel was elegant. Service was excellent. You could see Lake Michigan from the upper floors of the newer wing. Convenient to the Downtown area. The hotel restaurants have great food and great service. The casual dining and formal dining areas are wonderful. The pricing is a little high. There are probably better values but the history and character are wonderful.

Although it is a little on the pricey side, it is not too much more expensive than other downtown hotels, and is worth it!
