I loved going there as a kid for the pool and now as an adult, green bay's best hotel. Historic down town location has great restaurants and bars but try the restaurant within the hotel! The glass elevators are neat. Clean and Professional Staff.

I like that its located right down town in which every place I need to get to is.
Also enjoy the area and space I have when staying there. For the most it is quite unless an event has booked and it so busy id rather leave then stay,and front desk staff could use a little more customer service skills. Overall I stay at the regency a couple times a year and enjoy it more and more each and everytime!!!

I would have rated the hotel a 5 until sitting down to relax and watch a little TV one evening. I had to keep my jacket on and get a blanket off of the bed. I think that it all in all was a really good place to stay. I went there with both sides of my family and being a teenage girl with the mall right there was the best part in my option! But I would go there again and stay!

The front desk staffing left alot to be desired. For the price paid I would expect a higher quality staff at the front desk than was provided.
