We booked the Presidental Suite July 4th night. This room runs 400.00 it wasnt worth 100.00. The Hottub room had wet musty towels on the floor and there was no hot water in the tub!!!! After about an hour of complaining to the front desk we were told by a maintence man that came to the room that the whole building, 200+ rooms are out of hot ...

We arrived to find that they were very misleading about the handicap accessible room. They do not have bars in the bathroom and the shower is a normal shower. We needed a real handicap accessible room which has roll in shower and bars in the shower for stability. For the price it was horrible and we had to go down the road to the Holiday Inn which is much much nicest in our opinion and the food was very delicious.

Its the employees that made a difference. all the staff sincerly make an effort to satisfy,additionally your breakfast buffets are fantastic.Other than being stuck in the elevator for a few minutes, I cannot say anything negative about all my stays at your hotel.

We went to Huntington for a concert and had made reservations at the Holiday INN and when we got there, they were rude to us, so we left and went to see if the the Radisson had ne rooms. They were great! The nite guy was ready to help me n any way possible, I didnt have a creadit card, but was able to put 100 extra down on the room and get it back ...

Its right across the street from the theatre, Unos, Max and Ermas, Starbucks, and shops. Down the street from Marshall University. Has valet parking and excellent employees. Especially the night auditor Jack.

Great location, good staff, good food, excellent bar and grill. I really have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. One factor may be that it is far above anything else available in this town, so by default it gets my business. Complimentary valet parking, city views, and internet access just add to the experience. My choice, and I would stay again.
