We got stuck in the elevator and the front desk didn't seem the least bit concerned or even surprised. It must happen often. Seattle Fire Department is pretty fast though, only lost about 20 minutes. An apology about being trapped in the elevator would have been nice.

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

We got room 105 on the first floor (right next to the lobby) which had a connecting door to the adjacent room.

We stayed here for one night. The rooms were dirty, the lights flickered on and off, the beds were terrible, and the room some of our family members stayed in smelled like wet paint. The continental "breakfast" was poor at best. It was fairly close to downtown. Wouldn't recommend this.

Good location, not a bad breakfast, but ... not clean, not properly served (even plastic cups were not added daily), literally transparent quilt, very dirty toilette, unpleasant to get into.
