Hello!! I am the public relations manager at this motel and first of all I would like to apologize for any bad experience you had at our motel. We do acknowledge the problems and have been trying hard to rectify them as soon as possible. We have recently made significant changes in our staffing (Front desk and room service) and conditions of our ...
waited 1 hour for the shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport in the freezing cold and they are only 2 min's away from the airport. Spoke to the Owner and he told me to shut my mouth. Very unproffesional owner and employees. Not to mention, when I went to pay, their credit card machine wasn't working. They told me to go get cash from an ...
I have only stayed at the seatac crest for lodging and parking for the past 7 years, they have become family like to me. It’s about time I wrote a review. Some of these negative reviews are appalling, as if someone was paid to write such garbage. Consumers these days are savvier, or so I expected. Seriously PEOPLE hotel rates are NEVER ...
I called from the airport and was quoted one price, arrived and they tried to charge another. Eventually they agreed to charge something in the middle.
I went into the room, and it was disgusting. Dirty, shabby and cold. I then got on my phone, and found a room at the Super 8 across the street.

The bathroom door had a poorly patched hole it in.
I had made a phone reservation to park my car there right after Christmas, one of the few places that still had a spot, only to find out the day of my departure--at 4 AM!!!--that the reservation I had made didn't count. I had no reservation according to the not-very-friendly desk clerk. Since I hadn't spoken to him on the phone (but to one ...
A can of gasoline and a match are the only things that would help this motel. I don't think you could even classify this hell-hole as a cheap motel. It's more like a large box with several beds aligned within it. My main problem was the owner/management or whatever that thing was sitting at the front desk...EXTREMELY rude and not helpful ...
Ok. Allow me to be blunt. The owner, Karnail Singh, whose attitude suits his name, made it obvious that he knows absolutely NOTHING about operating a business. I doubt he has a degree in hotel management...that would require that you actually know how to speak. I booked a flight and this malady-stricken hotel together, thinking that it would be ...
