The staff and owners need schooling in customer service. Needs a good cleaning and a better set of employees. New name yet same grimey look and staff. Even my sheets looked filthy, not to mention I found several fleas crawling in my bed.

What a dive!

The room was shabby, dark, and unattractive. The hotel is on a busy street and was very noisy. The desk clerk was not helpful or responsive to my needs. I would not stay there if the motel paid me to stay there.

This is no longer a Red Lion Inn. It is operating as America's Best Value. Desk clerk was uncooperative and room was shabby. Motel is on top of the road.
I think there was mold in the Shower! The bed was OK. The 'Deluxe Breakfast' was very limited in selection. But the wireless Internet worked all right. On a positive note the staff is very helpful!
Bottom line; I think Red Lion should reevaluate who they give there 'flags' to.
