We arrived later than we had planned because of traffic, services were starting to close for the evening and we were not rushed or hurried service was excellent.

We were giving a different room becasue of smoking and it was very nice, thanks to the front desk.

We were on the ground floor by the pool and in the morning we visited with the grounds crew, very friendly staff.

Would love to stay there again.

Rooms are extremely outdated and dirty and in dire need of an upgrade...the TV looked like it was from the 70s. We were extremeley disappointed and checked out after the first night and would highly recommend staying at the nearby all suite hotel that begins with O and ends with suites. We went there for the rest of our stay for about the same price.
