the staff was the friendlest of any motel/hotel we have visited in long time....we travel a lot and stay in numerous motels...this is a-one in our book...will stay again and again. I couldnt say enough good things about this motel...

The Emerald Queen Casino is suffering from a lack of good marketing and management. The staff at the casino are rude and the the whole two casino shuttle drop is a joke.
