my husband and i enjoyed our night stay here, the staff was wonderful, the room very clean, we loved there pillows lol. the only con was we were put into a handicap room for it was the only non smoking room that included our romance package which included wine, wine glasses, candles, chocolate covered strawberries, and a bottle opener for a keepsake and we cant forget the free dinner and breakfast....in all this hotel ROCKS

Visiting son in Hampton..too much night time activity there not a family area. Chose Point Plaza based on reviews on Orbitz. Nice clean hotel..large rooms ..wonderful housekeeping..beds very comfortable and I cannot tell you how quite and peaceful it was . We stayed in room 172 which was located right next to the fitness area..could not even hear ...

The staff was very unprofessional. The rooms were big but needed to be renovated. I was not pleased at all with the hotel or the service for the price we were paying. The management was not helpful in anyway. I would not reccommend this establishment to anyone that's visting this area. We were required to stay 4days and on the 4th day we checked it was so awful.

We were in town for our niece's graduation from CNU and didn't know anything about the area, other than there were places that we were told not to stay.

I was very disappointed in this hotel for the price we paid. There was peeling wallpaper and we had to request soap! The staff was very nice, at least I can say that. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was a nice, clean room with plenty of room to move around. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to get a smoking room to get a king size bed. But, other than that, I enjoyed my stay. I would come back again.
