This is a 2 story motel. Needs lots of work. very close to the bay so the fishermen love it. Love it so much that they bring their days catch into the rooms at night. Had a non smoking room, but it smelled so bad of cigs. states it offeres a continetal breakfast. well don't expect more than toast and coffee , no cream just dry coffee ...

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. It has been renovated and under new management. I visited from New Jersey for my family reunion and it was a wonderful visit. As known by many the Kiptopeke Inn formerly known as Days Inn used to have a not very good reputation as a place you would not like to stay. But now it has come a long way and is still going through the process of renovating. They have newly renovated rooms and a very nice continental breakfast. It is at a convenient location for traveler's as well as fisherman. I would recommend this hotel to other people and I would stay again.

Booked on-line and when we checked in they would NOT honor on-line price and said they did not know where "they" came up with the on-line price.
