One big headache!From the start I reserved a dbl bed a month in advanced and was given a king sized bed w/ a pull out couch. They tried to charge me for a movie I didn't rent and then on check out day they didn't have any hot water. I get back home to find that they have overcharged my credit card. Plenty of other places to stayStayed 7/26 - 7/29 2006 on corporate travel. Everything from the start was wrong. Asked for non-smoking, dbl bed room. Got a king smoking room next to the laundry closet (loud). Asked to change, but was told hotel full.
