Earlier reviews criticizing this motel are not aware that a new motel was built a few years ago and we have stopped there several times on our way to Nashville to see our daughter and her family. It is clean, the beds are very comfortable and we well pleased with our stays there. When the horse shows are in town, the price can be high, but otherwise the rates are reasonable.
We were on our way to Virginia Beach. We stopped when we saw the Holiday Inn sign thinking you can't go wrong. We got a big suprise. The room smelled really bad. The air freshener that was used to hide the smell made everything worse. There was mold growing on the walls every where. Nothing was done when we complained. Not even I'm sorry. ...
