The Old Tavern is a gem. We stayed in one of their suites, which was a perfect couples retreat. Dining was amazing. Great wine selection too. We work crazy city jobs and getting away to the mountains to simply relax was just what we needed to re-energize. May go back this winter...it's close to Okemo and Stratton and would allow you to ski then relax in the Vermont countryside. Perfect!!

My sister and I have stayed twice, once in the Tavern itself and once across the street at Windham Cottage. Both stays were marvelous. I loved our room in the inn which was decorated with red floral wallpaper. This room was very quaint. The Windham Cottage room was bright and cheerful, very roomy.
