The smoking room we were put in smelled awful. There were holes in the walls, the inside door was broken, place was filthy. This is definitly a last resort kind of place.

We were aware, because of the low price, that this place might not be totally wonderful, but we didn't expect it to be so bad. This is a run down property. The heater for the entire room was located over the toilet, so the bathroom door had to stay open. The room was dirty. The breakfast was fine and the hotel was quiet during my stay. Check in and checkout was smooth. I would not recommend this property unless you are absolutely desperate.

We stayed for 2 nights and the place was nice and quiet. It really could use a major update. Is under new management and we saw some painting going on so I guess they're working on it. Great staff, nice, friendly and very helpful.

The motel staff were polite but that is where everything ended. Booked this hotel in the morning, arrived at night to find that our assigned room was the dirtiest,filthiest moldiest mess you could ever imagine.I would not recommend staying here to anyone. Actualy went back grabbed the bags and went elsewhere. No refund due to the late booking but just could not stay there!

I have never been in such a filthy room - the room smelled stale, the rug didn't look like it had been washed in months, stains everywhere. Dirt and grime on windows, flooring, blinds on window in bathroom filthy. The staff were very nice, but didn't make up for the amount of cleaning we did to the room ourselves before we could sleep there...In desperate need of deep cleaning!!!!I would never stay again...

For the money, our room was very comfortable, clean, and the location to downtown Burlington was just fine! Lots of places to eat and shop nearby, within walking distance too. The pool was good, and the free breakfast was great!
