Great lobby!! Great location!! Room looked like it was recently redone but the bathroom was terrible. Small and cramped and the shower/tile looked run down.

I was here a couple of days before christmas, everything was alright but my girls did not get a gift bag or cookies and milk at night! Plus I was charged $99.00 , which I noticed on my card 2 weeks afterwards.

We stayed here with our 6 grandchildren. Everything was very clean the staff was GREAT. Only problem we had was they did not give us connecting rooms. They delivered cookies and milk every night to the kids. A few drawbacks, such as paying ten dollars a day per room for internet service and being charged for local calls.A hotel of this quality ...

We love staying at the Omni. My children love the comforters and the float in movie. We have yet to have a bad experience here. This visit makes our 5th visit to this Omni, in the last 3 years.

Location was great. 10 minutes to River Walk, about 15 minutes to Sea World, so it was right in the middle of where we wanted to be. Right on I-10, so there was easy access to all places. Lots of nice restaurants within 5 minutes. Gift bags for our girls when we arrived, and cookies and milk waiting in the room each night when we returned. ...

Everyone was very helpful and when I lost my card key they were very helpful in getting us a replacement. Our room was nice and clean.
