The Sunday Brunch at the St. Anthony has always rated in my top five favorites in the country; it has a quiet elegance, just like the rest of the hotel.

As a fan of the antique district, as well as the Riverwalk and The Alamo, I find their location quite convenient.

When given a choice, the St. Anthony is my first choice in San Antonio. I love preserving the past and being lucky enough to share in it's splendor.

The St. Anthony is but a few steps from the Riverwalk. You will be enchanted by this hotels beauty the moment you walk into the lobby. The dining room is grand, with its elaborate chandaliers. The service is extraordinary. The room was beautiful and always clean. The bathroom had a huge tub that you could sink into. Very charming hotel, and very luxurious. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Overall, the hotel needs a major face lift. The gravel cement around the pool is coming up and kills your feet to walk on. Plus, the gravel gets in the pool and you feel it in the water. Beautiful and historic - a truly charming hotel with a staff that will bend over backwards for you! Only thing to make it better would be a river-side door - its a block or two walk.
