    Stayed there for four nights. Rooms were ok. Carpet was worn out, cabinets didn't close all the way, beds were ok but not great. The grounds were a mess. Cigarette butts on the ground, weeds in the flower beds, was not well maintained. I waited 30 minutes to use the house computer to get another hotel reservation for our return trip, only ...

    The best thing about the hotel is the beds. Both times I have stayed here the maid service has been prompt and excellent. I will not stay at another place in Lubbock. WE have traveled into town from California in the middle of the night and they accomodated us, with the best of service. I recommend to everyone A++++
