If you are looking for dirty, this is it.

The web site bears no resemblence to the hotel. The desk clerk had great difficulty checking us in (we were the only ones at the desk)and the room card that we were given did not work until we had obtained the third key. The room was dirty, the prior occupant's towels were on the bathroom floor and the fresh towels were sitting upon the bed. ...

They did not have a continental breakfast, but did serve a standard plate to everyone. The restruant was very expensive, and not very good value. One entire unit by the pool has burned nearly to the ground, and not repaired or removed. You see this at the pool. No mention of this was made when we registered by internet.

First time in Dallas

The people where very friendly and very helpful. You're very close to the airport and downtown Dallas, and not to far from the local entertainment. Had a very good time while staying there on business.Look forward to comming back to Dallas to stay there.

Great value!

This clean, unpretentious hotel is a great value. It is conviently placed and has free high-speed internet and complimentary breakfast. You can get to it easily off south-bound I-35E and it is a good place to stop if you are passing through or have business in the Farmers Branch area. Getting to downtown Dallas or pretty much anywhere else will require a bit of a drive but the value makes it well worth considering.
