This motel is very very nasty there are dead roaches everywhere like in the shower and behind the toliet and even on the carpet where my kids sit and play!!! The service here is horrible they need to teach one of theirhousekeepers how to knock before using the key to enter my room. Also beside the bugs being everywhere the room is just plain gross ...

I had a family emergency and was unable to make my trip. I called the morning of the day I had reservations. I was told by Alex and Alfonso that they have a 24hour policy. This hotel is awful. Dirty, worn down. I tried to change my room before doing anything in the room and was refused.
I checked out the next day and was charged a penalty of one nights stay, even though they couldn't provide a non smoking room when I requested one. I was told that the request is simply a request and that they didn't have to honor it.

What a rip off

This was a nice place to stay. It's centrally located on the sea wall and is convenient to all the places to go. I loved being able to walk out my ground floor room (facing the bay) and walk to the sea wall. The rooms are on the small side but there were only 2 of us so we had plenty of space.

The bathroom didn't flush very well. The room had a bad odor. Today when we were getting ready to leave a housekeeper was in our room stripping our beds down before we even got our things out.

I really loved this hotel! The staff was helpful and inviting. The location was wonderful and had a great view of the bay. I would definately stay here again.
