This place is one of the nicest places I have been to. Very nice pool and great for kids. The beach is fairly nice too. I think you will be satisfied with Port Royal.

Our unit was very clean, we had everything that we needed, plenty of towels for inside and for out in the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed also. We needed to get away and Port Royal was perfect. Plenty of space. We loved the pool. The personnel at the front desk were great. Keep up the excellent good work. It's not easy trying to please everyone.

I stayed at Port Royal in July 2007. It is over priced, badly maintained and dirty. I would not go back. The buildings are in desperate need of painting.

I have stayed in the mustang island for many years. The picture you see in this advertisement is not sea gull condominiums. It is Port Royal Condominiums. This could be misleading for either the condominiums. Please change the name on this advertisement.

The service at Port Royal was the worst I have ever experienced. Rude staff especially the banquet manager and her boss. I am so surprised they have stayed in business this long. The rooms are run down and for what you get, it is so overpriced. We have stayed in hotels 10 times as nice for half the price. I know we will never return ever!!

We had a amzing time in Port Aransas and at Port Royal. The resort was beautiful, the pool is awesome, and our condo was perfect! they talk behind your backs,,, rooms are smelly from back up of sewer problem,,,they call there maintence people engneers,, who laugh at you when u tell them about problems,,,i had over 10 problems in a week,,, the general manager, j rush ask if these problems were or were not addressed,,then kept changing the subject,,,, u get the picture,,

I was told on the phone that there was construction going on but they would not be working over the holidays. Wrong, the jack hammer was right outside our balcony and ran all day long.
