I loved the staff at this hotel. Not only were the rooms clean, the location great, and the weather perfect, everyone was really friendly. It was nice to be at a hotel where everyone seemed to enjoy their job. We were here for five days and had a chance to get know people. They were also super nice to my very rambunctious kids.

I absolutely would recommend this hotel, and we will be returning.

THE STAY THERE WAS GREAT

Friendly Hotel staff, nothing appeared to be too much trouble for them. Clean rooms nice location. The resturant staff were friendly and the food good. It made the ideal start and finish to our cruise holiday.

We stayed here 1 night while wating to take a cruise. The room was clean, old but clean. It was a little pricy when we stayed, 129.00 per night and our room was on the back side of the hotel with a view of a brick wall & the AC unit. The big advantage is they will shuttle you to & from the Cruise Terminal at no charge & you can leave your vehicle in the back parking lot.

Very good location and room but at $135 / night....with all the technical and front desk problems...not what I consider a good deal... at least for biz purposes

Internet access was down hotel wide on Feb 28 which was a huge inconvenience as I was on business attending an oil & gas confernece at Moody Gardens.

We all loved every minute of our stay in Galveston Tx. We love to go the beach accross the street. The staff was very good in telling us how to get around to city and in the shopping areas etc. Just keep up the good work.
