WE HAD AN EVENT AND THE OFFICE STAFF IS TERRIBLE! A MONTH AFTER THE EVENT THEY TOOK MONEY OFF OUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION!!!! IF THEY HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FOR ANY REASON THEY WILL USE IT AND NOT LET YOU KNOW!!! PAY CASH IF YOU PLAN TO STAY HERE BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN THEY WILL USE YOUR CARD!!!!

Our room wasn't quite ready upon arrival but the front desk clerk quickly changed us to another room without hestitation. Everything was clean, the kids enjoyed the pool, and the staff were friendly. We'll be happy to stay again. As a side note, we enjoyed visiting the NOAA sea turtle facility that is on the street behind the the hotel. It's free & the guided tour is only about 20 mins. The turtles were soooo cute!

2008-4th of July Weekend- We are a family on a budget; thus, we decided to spend the holiday weekend at an affordable, family friendly hotel. However, I extremely disappointed in this property. Specifically, the roaches in the bathroom. For the price of this hotel I AM DISGUSTED!!!! The staff is rude and the kids eat free restaurant has very poor customer service. The only positive of the whole stay was the beach view.
