Easy access to I-35, clean rooms (we stayed in a suite), and the staff was nice and quick to respond. This was a one-night stay over on a road trip to the coast.

Worst Holiday Inn and does not live up to its name. What a waste of money and time. The location is in a shady, industrial part of the town, far from the downtown area and not 5 miles as seen on other web-sites. We stayed for 2 days and suffered bed bug bites. My boyfriend and I took a roadtrip across the country and stayed in a different city each night. We are both college students, therefore on a budget, and this hotel was the best value for the location. I had a very restful enjoyable stay and still got to see all the sites that San Antonio had to offer without breaking the bank.

We had a great time. Staff were helpful and friendly. When my child was hurt (no fault of the hotel's) they helped with directions to a medical facility and first aid supplies.
