I was very put out because I wanted to reserve a room for my son, for a week, and they desk clerk would not even talk to me if I would not fax my ID and credit card picture to the motel. NOT!!!!! I instead ended up sending the price of the room to my son Western Union (who did not want a fax of my information).
They are crazy if they think I am sending that much info in a fax.

My family had to be in Borger for 3 days to tend to funeral arrangements. We had booked 3 rooms for 3 days. When my in-laws got there first and tried to check in there were no reservations for any of us. They had computer failure and lost them all. My in-laws switched us all to another hotel cause this one was falling apart and disgusting ...
