The rooms are very rundown, and the staff is not helpful (when you can find them). The location is not bad if you are looking for something in the area, but if you plan on going here, wait a few months (from 03/2008). There are two new hotels being built right across the street. One of them is a La Quinta.
Not too bad if you need to spend the night somewhere warm...

We needed a place to stay on our way back to Phoenix and saw the Ramada sign from I-20. The guy at the front desk quoted me a price of $63 (incl. pet deposit of $10) for a friday night but when I turned to walk away, he said he was willing to negotiate.
