this hotel was excellent. it was very clean, and the front desk was helpful. I couldn't ask for a better experience. It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Gatlinburg

Room and bathroom were so small you could barely move around. No fitted sheets for the bed. Room was filthy, had holes in the wall. I was told the room was newly renovated. Ha! There was food in the refrigerator and on floor from the previous guest. Bathroom sink had pipes showing under it and two boards holding the sink up. There is nowhere ...

I think it was false advertisement because the room wasn't worth $134.00 per night. The ceiling had cracks the carpet had stains and the tub had a drain problem. I don't wan't any body to go to this motel until it get remodeled. After the first night I couldn't take it anymore I would rather sleep in my truck least I don't have to pay for being uncomfortable.

If you have a blanket and can find a bench, choose the bench over this hotel. To say the hotel was dirty is an understatement. They had a chair in the room that I know had to come from the side of the road somewhere considering the stains in it. The hallways were dirty. We had to remove the beadspread before getting into bed.

What a dump!! Dirty carpet in halls and rooms! The air didn't work well at all, the pool was being repaired..Free Breakfast? HA...stale donuts and cereal. The water pressure was bad, and the drains were slow. And last but not least.., customer service, BAD! We paid cash and the woman behind the front desk got mad??!!?? I will stay in my car before I would EVER stay here again.
