Not again in this lifetime!!!Sleep in your car before you stay here! No Kidding. You know theres trouble when you are told that you have to walk through a closet to get to your room. ,????If you have children between the ages of 3 & 10 that are normal children that tend to make messes & you are planning to stay a week or longer, don't stay here. I hated itThe rooms weren't clean. Employees didn't seem concerned. Housekeeping needs serious improvement. Housekeeping spent most of their time in laundry smoking. Wonderful Southern Hospitality and HotelI have read some very critical reviews of this hotel and I must say that the people were either wrong or the place and management have changed. It has a wonderful view of the Tn foothills, friendly workers and clean spacious rooms where everything works perfect.
