Stayed 5 nights for business. Sheets were never changed, toothpaste never cleaned out of sink, and trash never emptied. It is dingy and needs a rehab. Breakfast was 2 cereals, fruit, and bagels - no waffles to be seen. I won't waste my time there next time I have to work in Knoxville.

Great access to interstate, but extremely outdated and although pet friendly - I would not have allowed my pets to walk across the floor. Rooms face outward, so you hear road noise and other guest noise. Very "motelish."
We were only staying over on the second night of a two-night, three-day drive. I had shopped for a place with a pool, that allowed pets, and that had Internet access.
The hotel was lovely, the room beautiful, the A/C was already on, and the children enjoyed the pool. The wireless network signal was strong and fast.

As a owner of 2 large dogs (65lbs plus) it is very difficult for us to travel with our dogs. La Quinta Inn not only welcomed our dogs, but did everything in their power to make us and our dogs comfortable.
