An older hotel that still offers exceptional service and a clean room. I was there on business and the management was more than gracious to allow my wife and small son a very late check out in order to work with my schedule. Comfortable bed, clean room, good service...not certain what else a person needs when they are traveling.

I had several issues with the hotel when booking my wedding reception and thirty rooms because they were switching sales managers. I tried to talk to the general manager about the issue and he told me I couldn't have my reception there after I paid a deposit and signed a contract, less than two mos. before my wedding! I have never seen such bad customer service in my life.

I stop in Cleveland, TN because it is about half way between my home and my daughter's home in Orlando, FL. I have stayed at other motels in Cleveland and the Mountain View is the one I always return to because of the spectacular view, the good service and the ease of exit/entry from I-75.

Wonderful hotel!! The view on the western side was spectacular, I couldn't wait for sunset every day! The room was great, and the maids respected the "Do not disturb" sign. The hotel owner was extremely nice and the hotel staff were very helpful. I travel on business 5 days out of 7 weekly, and by far, this is the best hotel ...
